Where do you ship?


Currently we only ship in Belgium, but if you would like to place an order outside of Belgium we would be more than happy to help and look into the options. Please just contact us through the contact form and we will get back to you with all the information.




My candle is broken, how do I exchange it?


We are so sorry about this, unfortunatly this can happen during the shipping. Please sent us an email at info@gem-lights.com with a picture of the candle and we will gladly help you out.




When will my order be delivered?


When we ship your order you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check the email to see the latest update on your shipment. If you think the item has been lost in the mail please contact us.

Can I make a custom candle or place an order for an event?


Yes!! We are so glad you asked, we love working on projects like this. Please visit the following page. There is lots of information about our custom candles there as well as an inquiery form.




My candle stopped burning, what can I do?


Sometimes when the wax is melting one of the gemstones will fall on top of the candle wick. Please check to make sure there is no gemstone on top or near the wick.
